Many people have a job that is pretty much the same every day. This is not me. My work is so varied that many people don’t know many of the things I do. I wanted to give you a bit of an insight into just one of them.

Recently I worked with a real estate agent who was having trouble moving a property. There was a lot of interest in the property, everyone that viewed the property loved it, but they weren’t putting in an offer or following up later about it. No one understood why as the house was great.

I sat down and looked at the property (meditated or sat and focused on it if you like). I looked at the energy of the house – everything has an energy field – and realised there was an energy under the property in the form of a large drain that was running underneath the property. Of course, this drain didn’t show up on any plans that the agent had.  

I worked on clearing the energy of the drain. I was able to energetically establish some very specific filters at various points in the drain to clear it. The dirty murky water that was trapped underneath was influencing the property in a negative way.  Establishing an energetic allowed the water to run clean and change the status of the property.

Within 24 hours of this work the real estate agent had a signed contract on that property and the new owners were beyond happy. They commented on how different it felt even though they didn’t know why.
